What is the SafePatch?
The Senior Safety SafePatch is paired with powerful software. The app monitors falls, emergencies and activity – all while being in a safe environment at home. Alerts are emitted to family members and/or friends immediately should a loved one send out an SOS or fall, have a low battery and step count for the day.

Built by People Who Understand Senior Care
SafePatch was created by a company and a team of people who work in the senior care industry and live it every day. We understand seniors, their families, and the challenges they face, and we have a deep appreciation for their needs.
SafePatch was developed using state-of-the-art electronics and reliable cellular technology. It combines the latest semiconductors, advanced algorithms, artificial intelligence, and software to create an advanced personal safety system designed specifically for seniors.
SafePatch founder Nick Payzant came up with the idea as a way to help protect some of our most vulnerable loved ones while allowing them to continue living independently at home. One of the biggest challenges with traditional safety devices is that seniors may not want to wear a watch or pendant or deal with frequent charging and daily interaction with a device.
My own mother would not wear a watch or pendant, which got me thinking about how to put a device on her that she wouldn’t care about or have to fuss with.

Creating a product that loved ones are comfortable using is vital. Families are increasingly busy, while seniors and other vulnerable loved ones may spend more time alone. SafePatch was designed to provide an added layer of safety without requiring constant interaction from the person wearing it.
SafePatch offers up to one week of battery life and is paired with our powerful FallSoft™ technology. Together, they monitor falls and movement while helping seniors remain safely connected at home and on the go.
When SafePatch detects a fall, receives an SOS, reports a low battery, or records activity such as step count, alerts and text notifications can be sent immediately to designated family members and/or friends.
What is our FallSoft™ technology?
Most fall detection devices work using motion and force. These two metrics are not always the best way to detect falls with seniors. With FallSoft™ many different metrics including movements, vitals, computations and learning are all processed using AI to learn and better understand when a fall is actually a fall. FallSoft™ has been developed using hardware, software, application and AI to better predict and capture falls, while minimizing false alerts.
PROGRAM OPTIONS
SafePatch offers flexible program options to suit a range of needs from a person living alone, to a physically disabled person – and of course, the elderly.
Family Monitoring
Family can safely and easily monitor their loved one by receiving alerts if there is an emergency to an unlimited number of responders. Family members will receive texts with fall information, steps/activity and battery status.
Professional Monitoring
Our professional emergency response team monitors your loved one 24/7 and will respond to any emergencies should one happen.
