RETURN POLICY

All defined terms used in this Return Policy shall have the meanings set forth in our Website Terms and Conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders submitted online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled once placed. If you no longer want your order, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with this Return Policy.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, inserts, and protective materials
  • Free from damage, wear, or alteration

SafePatch reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund, exchange, or credit.

Note: Devices that have been activated, paired, or used may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Our return policy does not apply to the following items (non-returnable, no refund or exchange):

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items that have been used, activated, or modified
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate apparel or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your SafePatch device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mysafepatch.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate remedy at our discretion.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email info@mysafepatch.com and include your order number, full name, and reason for return. We require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) with your return.

For items manufactured by a third party and resold by us, do not send them directly to the manufacturer.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. SafePatch is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your return is accepted.

If approved, we may provide one of the following (at our discretion and within a reasonable time):

  • Replacement product
  • Exchange
  • Store credit
  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Another remedy we determine is appropriate in good faith

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

REFUSAL OF RETURNS

SafePatch reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

SafePatch is a monitoring device and is not a medical device. Returns will not be accepted based solely on perceived performance limitations that are consistent with product specifications.

POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review it periodically.
